Domaine de la Pepiere Clos des Briords Muscadet is at DPS. This is a classic Loire Valley bottle and an absolute stunner. Bright citrus, green apple, salty minerality and a little leesy richness, with a super fresh, clean finish. Made from old vine Melon de Bourgogne, it’s got that perfect combination of freshness and texture that makes Muscadet so good. It is the perfect bottle for seafood. Come grab one!

- Maccan’s Refosco is a classic red from Friuli made from 100% Refosco, a native grape known for its savory character. It’s a medium bodied red that keeps things fresh and approachable rather than overly heavy. A great everyday Italian red with enough personality to hold its own at the table.

- Moillard’s Mâcon Villages is a straightforward Chardonnay from the Mâconnais in southern Burgundy. It’s fresh and clean with enough fruit and acidity to make it really versatile. The oak treatment here is restrained as it carries a decent amount of weight through a creamy mouthfeel. This is the kind of white Burgundy that works just as well for a casual glass as it does at the dinner table.

- Domaine des Mariniers’ Pouilly Fumé is a classic Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc with the freshness and mineral character the appellation is known for. It has plenty of bright fruit but also that subtle flinty quality that gives the wine a little more depth. Crisp and refreshing without being too sharp, this is an easy bottle to reach for with lighter food.

- Fèlsina’s Berardenga is a classic Chianti Classico made from Sangiovese in Tuscany. It has the bright fruit, savory character, and acidity that makes Sangiovese such a great food wine. It’s structured enough to be interesting but still very approachable and easy to enjoy. To be able to include a Chianti Classico in our wine club is such a treat. Enjoy this one!

Ken Wright Eola-Amity Hills Pinot Noir is one for the Burgundy lovers! Bright red cherry, raspberry, and black tea, with earthy notes and that silky, savory texture that makes this feel remarkably Burgundian. Grown in Oregon’s Eola Amity Hills on volcanic soils, it has the freshness and finesse we love in classic Burgundy, but with a little more sun and fruit. This is seriously food friendly and so elegant! Come grab one!

Panorámico Blanco is such a cool take on white Rioja! Made from high altitude Viura with a little Malvasía. Think lemon, white peach, pear, beeswax, and a little spice, with a silky texture and really refreshing acidity. It’s fermented spontaneously in oak for four months, so there’s a little more texture and depth here than your average easy drinking white. A seriously fun bottle!
