A flavorful patty loaded with salmon, capers, roasted red peppers, and panko bread crumbs. On a toasted brioche bun with spring mix and house made 1,001 island dressing. Yes, we added a whole extra island.

1st picture is our "Drunken Duck"
2 pan seared duck breasts with rosemary bourbon butter, $36 with 2 sides.
2nd picture is the "El Jefe" a pulled pork and bacon gouda mac sandwich with cheese & bbq sauce, served on toasted ciabatta with a side of truffle fries. $20 as is.
