Today, we remember that Memorial Day is not just about a long weekend, cookouts, or time off.

It is about honoring the men and women who gave their lives in service to this country and the families who carry that sacrifice forever.

Freedom, opportunity, and even the ability to gather together as a community are privileges paid for by others.

At Unit 2 Fitness, we are grateful for those who served, those who sacrificed, and those who never made it home.

As our programs continue to grow, we are making several schedule and coaching adjustments beginning June 1st to help us better serve our members and continue improving both our Kickboxing and Muay Thai programs.

This decision follows City Schools of Decatur closures and the *recommended shelter-in-place guidance from DeKalb County.
The safety of our staff, families, members, and youth is our priority.We will share any changes ASAP.
