We have some new baby treat makers starting this week & we are so excited for them! Our two trainees are enjoying one of the perks of the job - eating their work! 😋 We just wanted to give everyone a heads up that as our new kids are learning, your cones might not look as pretty usual, but they still taste just as good! 😜 We appreciate your kindness & grace as always! Welcome to the frozen family Gabi & Addy!

We start off every event day at Billingsley's 66 Travel Center! Make sure to stop in for your ice, gas & daily fountain soda if you’re like us! 🥤⛽️

We still have fruity pebbles for our special this week! We had a little one ask for a fruity pebble covered cone this weekend & it looked so yummy! The flurry is my favorite 🤤

We have added more girls to the schedule every night so hopefully the line will be moving quicker! We are also training, so make sure to say hello to all the new faces! See you tonight at our home lot! 🍦

We are closed for a private event this evening and need to do some work to the truck in preparation for the Boat Races this weekend! We will be set up by the Devon Amphitheater SATURDAY & SUNDAY for Hardy’s Highway Race for the Lake! Below is the weekend lineup & details for our set up location. We hope to see you from 10AM-5PM at the lake this weekend!

First, I just want to say THANK YOU for all of the support as we have navigated so many changes! Every year since I have started the Spoon, our business has evolved in some sort of way, forcing me to adapt as we face different formats & growing pains. This spring has been no different & one of the most challenging years yet for me professionally & personally.

The Rolling Spoon was created as a fun addition for event purposes, but has served as our main hub while waiting on the building to get finished after some unexpected setbacks. This has created a whole new set of challenges as it wasn’t built for how we are utilizing it, but we are just grateful to have a location to serve you right now.

With that being said, we weren’t sure what to expect kicking off the season & it has been quite the learning curve as we are training staff & trying to figure out what works. We truly appreciate your patience as we know wait times have been long & things haven’t been perfect.

We are training more team members to add to the schedule next week to hopefully start speeding things along! We value your understanding & are actively working to improve the experience as always.

As a young business owner, I am learning every day & I value any feedback you can give me! I strive to create a great atmosphere with tasty treats, so conversations with our community is a great way for me to better our business!
