Linda and Jason have worked with me since before I started PAGG. They were essential to the transition and have been a huge help since we all started this endeavor. On top of serving our wonderful guests, they’ve helped decorate, paint, and everything else that comes along with maintaining our restaurant.

We are all so so proud of them for this amazing accomplishment and can’t wait to see what the future holds for them. In the meantime if you see them at PAGG, please congratulate them!!!!! (Before they leave PAGG forever 😭💔)

Our last fish fry Friday was a huge success!!! Thank you to everyone who came out. Just to toot my own horn lol — I was told multiple times that it was the “best catfish they’ve ever had” 🫶🏽

I may be an Asian girl but one thing I’m confident in is my country style catfish — corn meal battered, seasoned RIGHT and extra crispppppyyyy all with some house made tartar sauce 🤤

Hello all!!!

I swear a majority of our staff wants to come in today and work. We all have bills to pay and snow isn’t standing in their way today.

With that said please be patient because we are running with a bare bones crew.

Alas most of the water did evaporate with the crazy winds. It’s cold but it’s nice to get back to a sense of normalcy from the shenanigans of this last week.

We’ve been making biscuits and replenishing our pastry case.

We have some super fun things going in today. 👀👀👀 maybe I’ll even make some this week

The real fear here is not the cold or even snow, it’s black ice. As I sit in the shop I can clearly see patches of ice all over our parking lot.

My assumption is that most people will hunker down at home and avoid the normal Monday hustle. So slim chances many people will come get breakfast anyways.

So today we close, mostly to prevent broken ankles really. The temps will eventually rise, ice will melt and then hopefully all the water evaporates and everyone can get their PAGG fix on Tuesday.

We’re closed today. After much deliberation I’ve decided it’s just not worth any risk.

One of my FAVORITE things to do is make syrups and infused creams. Now that PAGG has an espresso machine, I will be making sure our add ons are top tier!!!

As a Korean American, Im inspired by Korean cafes and their delicious lattes. There are so many cafes on every block I had such a good time trying them all last year in Korea.

Right now we have a Mont Blanc whip — an infused cream like a mix btwn cold foam and whipped cream

We’ll be introducing a lavender whip tomorrow and can’t wait for yall to try it!!!!
