Today, we honor mothers—including those who are rebuilding their lives and creating a more stable future for their children. 💛

At CaringWorks, that often begins with the basics—a safe place to live, food on the table, and a space to call home.

Our beloved co-founder, president, and CEO, Carol Collard, has announced her upcoming retirement after 24 years of leadership at CaringWorks.

For more than two decades, Carol’s leadership has shaped CaringWorks into one of Georgia’s leading permanent supportive housing providers, helping thousands of individuals and families move out of homelessness and into stability.

As we look ahead, the Board of Directors is leading the search to identify the organization’s next leader, and Carol will continue serving in her role to ensure continuity in our work. We will share additional information once a new CEO has been selected, and Carol will work closely with them to support a smooth leadership transition.

We are deeply grateful for Carol’s leadership and the impact she has made, and we look forward to her continued guidance as CaringWorks enters this next chapter.
