🚨 WE’RE HIRING! PEST CONTROL TECHNICIANS🚨

Ever wondered what a day working at Defense Pest Solutions actually looks like?

🏠 Start your day from HOME.
Walk outside, hop in your company-provided Ford Maverick, log into your app, and see your appointments for the day. No driving to the office every morning just to get started.

📱 Your route is ready for you.
Each appointment includes detailed service instructions so you know where you’re going, what the customer needs, and what needs to be done. We give you the tools and information to make your job as easy and stress-free as possible.

🍔 Ready for lunch? Take a break.
Stop, grab something to eat, recharge, and then keep going.

📅 Need some flexibility? That’s part of the job.
We schedule customers in two-hour windows, which gives us flexibility throughout the day. Have your child’s school activity? A doctor’s appointment? Want to have a special lunch with your spouse? Let us know ahead of time, and we’ll block that time on your schedule.

We believe you should be able to work hard AND have a life.

🤝 Once a week, we get together.
You’ll come by the office for our weekly team huddle where we train, communicate, and continually work on getting better. Restock your Maverick with whatever you need, and you’re ready to hit the road again.

At Defense Pest Solutions, we expect you to take great care of our customers—and we believe it’s our responsibility to take great care of YOU.

If you’re looking for a great team, independence, flexibility, a company vehicle, and a career where you’re trusted to do your job without someone looking over your shoulder all day, we want to talk to you.

👉 Apply today and come grow with Defense Pest Solutions!

Work hard. Live well. Make a difference. 💙🛡️

🇺🇸 We Will Never Forget.

Today, we pause to remember September 11, 2001—a day that forever changed our nation.

We remember the innocent lives lost, the first responders who ran toward danger, the families whose lives were forever changed, and the countless acts of courage and sacrifice that followed.

Twenty-five years later, may we never forget how, in the midst of tragedy, Americans came together. We prayed together. We helped our neighbors. We stood united.

Today, we honor those we lost and those who served.

God bless their families, our first responders, our military, and the United States of America. 🇺🇸

🇺🇸 Happy Labor Day from Defense Pest Solutions! 🇺🇸

Today we want to recognize the hardworking people who make what we do possible.

We’re incredibly thankful for our Defense Pest Solutions team. The early mornings, long days, hot Alabama weather, and commitment to taking care of our customers do not go unnoticed.

Enjoy the time off — you’ve earned it!

We hope our team, our customers, and all the hardworking men and women in our community have a safe, relaxing, and blessed Labor Day.

Thank you for all you do! 🛡️🇺🇸

So proud of our General Manager, Chad Steelmon, as he led his church service today by sharing his family’s testimony.

It takes courage to stand before others and share your story with honesty and vulnerability. Even more than that, it takes a life rooted in faith, character, and integrity to live out the testimony you’re sharing.

We’re incredibly proud to have Chad leading our team at Defense Pest Solutions, but even more proud of the husband, father, and man of faith he strives to be.

Way to go, Chad! Keep leading well—in your family, your church, and everywhere God has placed you. 🙏
