Emergency rescue at the landfill this morning. Then, straight to a car wash!

Actual call we got this morning- I can't make this up.

3 AM caller: Y'all make keys to cars? My keys are lost.

Locksmith: Yes sir, but at this hour, we're only doing emergency unlocks. If you can wait until regular hours, we'd love to help you out.

Caller: This *is* an emergency.

Locksmith: .....

Caller: I'm at my girlfriend's house and I can't find my keys.

Locksmith: ....

Caller: I've got to get home before my wife wakes up.

Locksmith: dies laughing

Having one of those days. The phones aren't working right. The printer won't act right. The air conditioner is not keeping up with the weather. Batteries won't hold a charge on my drill anymore. Just being a Monday.

Then, one of your favorite regular customers walks in the door of the shop.

The only thing better than a great review is freshly baked homemade cookies and a Thank You card. It makes me feel like I've really made someone's day.
