Is purchasing the batter and seasoning necessary? it's highly recommended but not required but if you want the full experience definitely get it!
Can it only be used on mushrooms? You can fry whatever you want using my technique that's your business okayyyy! For the class get Oyster Mushroom so you can perfect that.
Will I be doing another class? Maybe I'm not sure yet
