MISSING: Micah, 16, was last seen around 3a.m. June 18 near the 9300 block of Kensington Trail in Lithonia. He's 5'8", 130 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair. He is autistic and may move his hands in a shaking motion, click his teeth and walk in a bobbing motion. Micah may also stare off in space without moving.

It is unknown what he was wearing when he left. If you see him, call 770-724-7710.

Please be advised that temporary road closures will be in place downtown on Thursday, June 25, starting at 6 a.m. for WatchFest's ticketed The War and Treaty concert.

Impacted roads include:
- West and East Ponce de Leon Avenue from Commerce Drive to Church Street
- Clairemont Avenue from West Ponce de Leon Avenue to Commerce Drive

Access to Marshall Street will remain open throughout the closure. Hotels and parking areas will remain accessible. Signs will be in place to direct traffic and provide information about the designated rideshare location.

Please follow posted signage and allow extra travel time when visiting downtown. Thank you for your patience.

DECATUR, GA– DeKalb County Tax Commissioner Nicole M. Golden is reminding homeowners that assessment notices are not tax bills.

? Assessment notices, not tax bills, have been mailed by the DeKalb County Property Appraisal Department. Your annual tax bill will be mailed from the Tax Commissioner's Office in August.

📆 Each year, the appraisal department mails assessment notices to property owners in May or early June. If the owner disagree with the current year value, appeals must be filed within 45 days of the notice; instructions to file an appeal are included on the back of the notice.
