There is nothing you can achieve in this life that will make you more worthy than you already are. No job, no title, no amount of money, no recognition, success, or acceptance from others can add to the value God placed on your life when He created you.

Before you accomplished anything, before anyone applauded you, before you proved yourself to anyone, you were already fearfully and wonderfully made. Your worth was never meant to be earned. It was given by the One who formed you.

The freedom comes when we finally believe that and accept it. When we stop striving to become “enough” and start living confidently as who God created us to be. We don’t have to spend our lives proving our value. We get to spend them walking in the purpose of the One who already knows it.

📚✨ Meet Keira!

Before real estate, she spent 20 years pouring into people through early childhood education, ministry, and leadership.

“I graduated from Florida International University with my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. I started as a preschool teacher, served as a Children’s Ministry Director for eight years, and then spent 10 years in corporate operations for preschools.

For the past two years, I’ve also had the honor of serving as the Executive Assistant to the Fire Chief at our local fire department, a role I’m grateful to continue in today.

I got into real estate because I wanted flexibility for my family while still having the opportunity to serve, support, and minister to others. When I look back, every role I’ve held has been relational at its core, and real estate felt like a natural extension of that. It allows me to build genuine relationships, understand what people need, and walk alongside them through an important season of their lives.

One of the greatest things I’ve carried with me is a servant-leadership mindset. I believe serving people well requires consistent engagement, intentionality, and individualized attention. I’ve learned to meet people where they are rather than assuming everyone needs the same kind of support. I believe the Lord entrusts us with people for a reason, and I want to steward those relationships well.

That’s how I approach real estate, too. I want my clients to feel seen, heard, supported, and genuinely cared for, not like another transaction.

Through every season, the most important parts of who I am have remained the same: I’m a follower of Christ, a wife, and a mom first.”

Keira’s story is such a beautiful reminder that the experiences we carry into real estate matter. Years spent serving, leading, listening, and caring for people don’t get left behind when you begin a new career. They become part of how you serve your clients.

At Agape, we are so grateful for Keira and the servant’s heart she brings to our brokerage. What an honor it has been for Agape, and for me personally, to have the opportunity to host Averee for a real estate shadowing experience!

We’ve been able to give her a firsthand look at what being a REALTOR® really involves beyond showing houses. She’s learned about contracts and the details that go into a transaction, sat in on closings, seen how we approach social media and marketing, shadowed showings, and experienced some of the everyday responsibilities that come with serving clients well.

One of my favorite parts has simply been watching her take it all in. There is something so encouraging about seeing this next generation ask good questions, absorb so much knowledge, and have a genuine desire to understand what it takes to build a career in real estate. It’s easy to see when someone is truly eager to learn, and Averee has been incredibly intentional, engaged, and willing to soak up every part of the experience.

A huge thank you to Decatur ISD for creating opportunities like this for students to step outside of the classroom and learn firsthand about careers they may one day pursue. And Averee, thank you for trusting Agape and me to be a small part of your learning experience. It has been such a privilege to pour into you, answer your questions, and watch your excitement for this industry grow.

I’ve loved getting to share this side of real estate with Averee and watch her soak it all in. Opportunities like this remind me how important it is to make time to pour into the people coming behind us.
