Elevate Physical Therapy is partnering with Clothe Our Kids, a wonderful local ministry that provides clothing essentials to children in our community.

Now through Friday, August 14, we’re collecting NEW:
🩲 Underwear (all sizes)
🧦 Socks (all sizes)

A donation bin will be located in our lobby, and we’d love for our patients, families, and community members to help us fill it!

These everyday essentials make a big difference for children heading back to school with confidence. Every pair donated helps a local child start the school year with one less worry.

📍 Drop off your donations at Elevate Physical Therapy anytime during business hours through Friday, August 14.

🧊 **Choose ICE when:**
✔️ You have a new injury (first 48–72 hours)
✔️ There's swelling or inflammation
✔️ You sprained or strained something
✔️ You're sore after activity

💡 Ice helps reduce pain and swelling by calming inflammation.

🔥 **Choose HEAT when:**
✔️ Muscles feel tight or stiff
✔️ You have chronic aches and pains
✔️ Your neck, back, or shoulders feel tense
✔️ You're preparing to stretch or exercise

💡 Heat increases blood flow and helps muscles relax and move better.

🚨 **Quick Rule:** If it's swollen, red, or warm → ICE. If it's stiff, tight, or achy → HEAT.
