I had a great Saturday morning volunteering with Silence the Shame. A nonprofit that focus on empowering and educating the community on mental health. I was there to serve but was able to take away some tools for myself.

"Trim the fat"
Get rid of the excess
Reallocate the thing/person that is negatively impacting you
1) set a date
2) make a plan
3) eliminate excuses
4) consult an expert

We have gifts and talents to give back to the world.

To the motherless daughters and sons
To the childless person
To the motheror child with a strained parental relationship....
Never doubt that you were not forgotten or forsaken. He (God) knows the plans for your life and he will send you the support you need, may it be a person, a situation or a sign/symbol.
