Aquatic Fit Club is a boot camp style fitness class in the water. You will improve your endurance and your overall body strength! $15/class.

Quadratus lumborum helps the stabilization and movement of the spine and pelvis. Located on either side of the spine, when acting together it causes extension at the lower back. When the muscle is only activated on one side, the upper body bends toward the same side. Of course to stretch you’d do the opposite actions. Hi friends. I’m going to start collecting for a school supply drive for the group I work with. Towers Action Group. Let me know if you’d like to share in that effort. I can pick up supplies or you can mail them to me or send me a donation to purchase them here. What ever you’d like. We collect for elementary schools in the Towers High School Cluster as well as Bethune Middle School and Towers High School. Anything is welcomed.
