Happy Birthday to a true legend, Dr. Roberts!
Today we celebrate not only an exceptional dentist, but an extraordinary man who has worn many hats in the lives of those fortunate enough to know him. My boss, my leader, my mentor, my teacher, confidant, and friend.
I have been blessed to know Dr. Roberts for 19 years and to have worked alongside him for 18 of those years. Throughout that time, he has been a constant source of wisdom, guidance, and a countless support system. No matter where life takes me, I know I can always count on him for leadership, advice, and encouragement.
One of the things that makes Dr. Roberts so special is his giving heart. He is always willing to help others, often extending kindness and compassion even to complete strangers. His generosity, humility, and genuine concern for people have touched countless lives and left a lasting impact on everyone around him. If you know, you know. You can easily identify him by his distinguished laugh. LOL
I will forever be grateful for the opportunities, lessons, and memories we have shared. I will always be proud to have been his right hand and still is today.
Doc, we celebrate you today with gratitude, admiration, and love. May God continue to bless you with good health, happiness, and many more wonderful years ahead.

Some of my team members today as we fellowshipped at the kindom hall to honor the late Winston Moore. Winston was a great honorable man. He will be sadly missed.

It creates a positive atmosphere, encourages participation, builds camaraderie, ice breaker, and reinforces dental knowledge. It"s fun and full of laughter and you will be surprised as to how much you know, learn and things you don't know. I have witnessed how it energizes my team.
This can be applied to any job that holds meetings. You will see a positive difference in your team.
