Learn something new every day. At first glance, this Febco 860 relief valve was difficult to put back together. With a little help from a Febco How-To video, I had it back together in no time. Whew! 😅

How about a manifold rebuild? This one was in a very tight space and a fairly extensive rebuild - took 4 or 5 hours. The old manifold had valves stacked on top of valves, split solenoids from power surges and faulty wiring.

Doing a little necessary tree trimming this morning in Alvord, TX on some mature cedars. It was definitely time.

Just finished up a quick bed, flagstone and mulch install in Chico, TX. Also removed a large crape myrtle, old railroad timbers and did a full w**d of the beds.
Really improved the look of this home.
