The Adams County Historical Society was formed in September 1957 to preserve and educate the history of Adams County Indiana. In February 1968 the Society purchased at auction the former Charles Dugan Mansion at 420 W. Decatur for the use of a home for the society and a museum for the ever growing colle

A friend reminder - you have until this THURSDAY (6/18/26) to drop off item donations for the Historical Museum's Yard Sale.
You are welcome to leave your item donations on the back porch of the Museum. Located: 420 W. Monroe St. Decatur, IN
(Not accepting: clothes, hazardous materials, broken items)
All proceeds from the Yard Sale on June 20th go to benefit the Adams County Historical Society.
