Smarties Academy - organic and holistic, full Spanish immersion childcare center in Decatur GA, is looking for full time bi-lingual assistant and lead teachers. Our hours of operation M-F, 7:30 am-6:00 pm. The pay is based on the position, education, experience.
The ideal applicant:
- Bilingual: Spanish (fluent, native level) and English
- CDA certification or its equivalent or willing to obtain within the first year (We will provide guidance)
- CPR and Fire Safety certified ( can obtain in the first month, we will provide guidance)
- Clear criminal background check
- Experienced in a child care setting preferred
- Team-player with strong communication skills
- Able to fulfill the physical aspects of the job ( picking children up to place them in a stroller, changing table, pushing a stroller, etc)
