It’s wedding day for Alissa & Riley! I can’t wait to celebrate with them

Shooting on film makes my heart happy. I have tried so many times to replicate film photos on digital, and it never quite feels the same…

My favorite part of doing an American ceremony after an Indian one is the Indian traditional elements that are still visible. Allayna’s henna was vivid and beautiful and she wore her ceremonial necklaces that were received the day before and blessed by all the guests. It was an honor to photograph them over the past two day, I know we are all looking forward to a day to rest

Allayna & Ravi celebrated with 5 ceremonies celebrating their families, their partnership, and the new family they will create. Their priest took the time to explain the tradition behind the rituals, and I loved learning more about the Hindu traditions. The ceremony felt like two communities coming together in support of their love, and you can feel the happiness for them through the room. I can’t wait to keep capturing their love later today at their American ceremony!

The biggest congrats to Sarah and ! They had a beautiful wedding at . Originally, there was rain forecasted for today, but the weather could not have been more perfect for their secret garden wedding! There may not have been rain, but after their custom vows, there was not a dry eye in sight!
