I know, what is the Safe Zone right?
The Safe Zone is a Support Group for Teenagers and Young Adults that feel like they don’t have an outlet or a safe space to vent or turn to. We hold group sessions for different topics because mental health is often looked over and there are a lot of things that may lead to the issue at hand. We hope to eventually be able to do more to help but for now, talking about it first helps more than people know.

Topic of Discussion “ Neglect “

Our Topic of discussion that day will be the Struggles of Parenting and how we make it past those days.

A lot of people are wondering what The Safe Zone really is.. It’s Free Group Therapy for PreTeens, Teenagers, and Young Adults. A place to express any emotions or topics freely without judgement. What’s talked about in the Safe Zone stays there unless they say otherwise.
