Cold is coming. Disconnect water hoses. Close crawlspace vents. If you need insulation, heat wrap, heaters, propane, window film, or anything related, get it now while you can. Do not drip faucets. A drip will freeze. You will need a solid, unbroken stream from the faucet to the basin. Do not thaw pipes with fire, and be careful warming any plastics.

Accessible manifold system with zone isolation and high speed hot to fixture rough in. Manifold is removed for drywall after testing and isolation valves added on set out.

Bleach is only for white laundry. Its nasty stuff and there are better options for everything else. Never mix with acids (vinegar), or ammonia (dawn). I don't trust the source but this is a good one.

HOW TO GET RID OF BLACK MOLD NATURALLY (WITHOUT BLEACH) ✅

Take a gallon jug
Add:
1 tsp Dawn Dishwashing Liquid
1/2 cup vinegar
16 ounces Rubbing Alcohol
Fill remainder of jug with water.
Wash affected area with solution and let dry
