I know I haven’t posted a lot. Been staying busy with general automotive but recently I’ve just finished my part of a pretty awesome project. A 1978 F-250 with 2015 Superduty axles and Battle Born Brakes axle conversion/lift. Add some Powerstop brakes, PSC hydraulic assist steering, Barnes 4wd high steer, Fox Shocks and some 44” boggers and you end up with a pretty awesome truck!

Custom 1 piece crush sleeve eliminator for a 1995 Toyota Land Cruiser. Machined out of 7075 aluminum. Yes, I could have ordered one cheaper, but not near as cool 😎.

Dont forget, air filters and proper installation of air duct boots are important.

Azure Service has been bustling with activity, with recent highlights including the installation of a HPOP for a 6.0L F-550, an upgraded posi rear end, and titanium exhaust on a 2024 BMW X5 M competition model.

Maybe I’m late to the party, but this cheap little tool makes changing a Cummins oil filter mess free.

Routine brake inspections are important, as they help keep the vehicle safe and save you money. This customer got lucky that the failure wasn't worse. Amazingly, even with a shattered piston, the caliper was only slightly seeping brake fluid. Had it been driven much longer, things could have been very dangerous. This leaking plug was in a tight place but with some cheap tool ($9 amazon 14mm allen wrench)modifications I didn’t have to remove the power steering pump and I was able to save the customer some $$$.

February and March have been pretty busy months here at Azure Service, from something as simple as machining and enlarging the ID of a piece of pipe and machining key ways, to a brake booster and master cylinder in a box truck. Oh, and some Ford 9” ARB and gear installation to a complete Jasper Engine replacement. There is a wide range of services Azure Service and Fabrication will tackle.
