Made these for a cookout last weekend and I honestly had to fight my way back to the table just to grab one for myself! I barely got them off the grill before hands were reaching in from every direction. My brother-in-law had three before anyone else even sat down, and my neighbor kept asking me what I put on them because she said they tasted like something from a restaurant. The potato wedges were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, and that slaw added just the right fresh crunch to balance everything out. A few people asked if I'd used a smoker because of how much flavor was packed in there — nope, just the grill and a little love! I ended up making a second batch on the spot because the first one vanished in about fifteen minutes flat. This is officially my go-to cookout combo from here on out!

I made these for my family's Sunday dinner and honestly had no idea they would go THIS fast! My brother-in-law grabbed three pieces before everyone even sat down at the table, and my kids were literally hovering over the platter waiting for more to come out of the oil! The secret is double dredging and letting them rest before frying — that crunch when you bite into them is absolutely unreal! I also made a batch with a little extra cayenne for the spice lovers in the group and those disappeared even faster! Next time I am definitely making a double batch because one plate was just not enough for this crew!
