Is your athlete looking to get a head start this season? We will host our Ignite Sports Performance Classes starting on Tuesday, June 2 this summer! Our one-hour Ignite sessions are designed to take your young athletes to the next level. Classes are perfect for rising 5th - 9th graders and will focus on increasing power, speed, and strength.

Each class is hosted in our Private Training Studio and led by our staff of Strength and Conditioning Coaches.
