Built in 1921, the Lucas Theatre in Savannah, GA stood vacant in the 1970s and was nearly demolished. A restoration effort reopened it in 2000 and it has been administered by The Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) as the Lucas Theatre for the Arts ever since. . When the gritty recesses and gleaming highlights of an engine are the entire personality an image, you don't let color become a distraction. That was the case with the engine of "Baby Boomer," a North American AT-6 Harvard, single-engine plane from the WWII-era flown by Fred Telling.
