So is it hot and dry? Yep. This is after cutting one 24 Acre field. AC started to not work so well… I knew the radiator stack was getting clogged. The intercooler is on the right in this picture, AC condenser on the left. I have to blow out the radiator stack every time I am in the field these days. But I have to say, even when everything looks like this the New Holland T6.155 never even thinks about overheating. It’s just me. With 106 degree heat and no clouds, the sun beats down on the cab glass, even with full AC it gets hot. Clog the AC condenser and it’s a sauna.
In Texas we’ve learned to never complain about the rain, even when it comes days at a time when you’re trying to get caught up after a rainy spring. I think this may have come just in time to save our second cutting. But it looks like no baling this week. We do have some hay to sell, check our ads on Marketplace.

Sold out of hay this morning but the forecast looks promising to cut next week, so hopefully by Wednesday or Thursday we’ll have hay.
Almost out of hay from the last cutting, but weather permitting next week we’ll have more. Lots left to cut!
