While interviewing T.I. and Mollyworld, I took my shot and pitched myself for a role in one of their upcoming movie projects.
Nothing is guaranteed, but one thing I've learned is this: you'll never know if you don't ask.

Every opportunity starts with a conversation. Sometimes you have to speak your vision into existence, put yourself in the room, and let people know what you're capable of. You can't receive a "yes" if you're afraid to ask.
Whether it happens tomorrow or later down the road, I'm grateful for the opportunity to plant the seed.
I'm trusting God's timing and looking forward to what's next.

Thankful Thursdays 🙏.
One of the best investments I ever made was in real estate.
Looking back 4 years ago at “The Million Dollar Mindset Pop-Up Workshops” it’s crazy to see the growth.
I started off teaching in a classroom… now the demand done leveled up.
So I took it to another level hosting pop-up workshops inside the actual properties I own.
From vision → to ownership → to teaching others how to do the same.
