Completing a massive renovation project starting the month of May, we successfully addressed severe damage to a home's floor system caused by excessive moisture and termite infestation. Our team efficiently removed and replaced the main girder beam and all compromised joists supporting the subfloor. Additionally, we installed floor supports to enhance the structural integrity of the flooring system. The next phase involves implementing a water control system and full encapsulation. Great job to
the entire crew.

Massive project completed by our team. Spanning nearly 5000 square feet of crawlspace, the customer's residence was plagued by mold, mildew, and hardwood floor cupping. To address the issue, we successfully installed three sump pumps to eliminate groundwater infiltration and a full encapsulation system equipped with two dehumidifiers to regulate water v***r. The project yielded outstanding results, rendering the customer's home fully protected.
