Another transaction was finalized in 32 minutes with a quick call to the title company and then signing my journal we can say about 20-25 minutes tops tonight. This was a 60 page package. The drive there took more time than me sitting there. My signers were so cool they gave me a high five at the table. I’ve never had that happen before. It kind of threw me off for a second until I realized what the signer was doing.
