It has been too long since I have posted. Finally finished with a complete renovation of a duplex. Here are a few before and after pictures. I have way too many to post here. It is a busy time!

Bedroom done! House is starting to come together! I hate painting hardwood in this great of shape but sometimes rentals demand the cheaper route. Side note, they were painted already.

Recent job, whoever installed the 2nd floor toilet cut all the way through 3 joist. It’s fortunate the ceiling didn’t fall into the bedroom below. Ran new joist in order to secure and level the floor!
