Sewing projects that are not worth it 😅 Two hours of love went into this baby, not including the time I’d previously taken to disassemble the original bag and trace out pattern pieces. More Cotton Candy Carnival is already on my cutting table… who has water or lilac Jujube change pads they can send me? 🥹

Custom 1 7/8” black and orange seatbelt straps on 2” hardware in antique nickel finish. The hardware is not an exact match to the Spooktacular satin nickel but I think it’s pretty close and looks great together! (See photo)

The number of things I make for myself that I love is infinite, but the number of things I make for myself that I *need* is quite small. This is actually one of them - a purse organizer, which I’m going to call a prototype because I absolutely love it but am not 1000% happy with the finish of the binding at the top. So so so very useful! Made from an upcycled Tokidoki Queen’s Court change pad and luxe nylon.

A quick little spooky sew today 👻🎃 the lining is from an upcycled authentic Tokidoki x Koi scrub top. I think it turned out Spooktacularly! 🧡🖤🧡

It’s been a bit since I’ve posted while I’ve been adjusting to some big health and professional changes! Very glad to be back at the sewing machine this Sunday. These are works in progress/a prototype for the wipes pouch. I love the lining of this Amour des Fleurs print so much - decided to work on some organizing pouches for upcoming travel!

Hi friends! It’s been a while since I’ve been able to work on any sewing projects or return notes here - it’s been a month of highs and lows. I got a new “day job” (YAY!) but then I got very sick with my second round of the dreaded virus just before starting the new gig, so it’s been a whirlwind. I’m hoping to get back into my sewing space soon!

My lighting is bad in a very stormy and grey Atlanta today, but I couldn’t resist sharing my completed “first draft” of this diaper clutch. I definitely have plenty of notes for revisions and improvements to the 2.0 next draft, but I love how this came out!

This is *the custom* that has been on my mind for months after seeing a similar one on the Facebook group! This is a custom altered “mini” Jujube Be Sporty in the Tokidoki Fantasy Paradise print. This bag converts between a backpack and a shoulder bag style, but the unaltered size was just a bit taller than appealed to me.
