We’ve slowly been able to amass a STOCKPILE of some of our favorite lots of Citra, and Citra products and this beer is layered with all the BEST expressions of Citra we can get our paws on!

This version includes Citra DynaBoost in the whirlpool for maximum saturation, then dry hopped with multiple very TASTY lots of our favorite Citra, and finally finished off with a hefty charge of Citra Cryo to yield the MOST CITRACENTRIC beer we could possibly produce 😋

This version features Mosaic, Citra, Nelson Sauvin, & Riwaka Hop Kief, on a bed of oats to create a SUPER soft pillowy base & a flavor & aroma that’s BURSTING with notes of tropical fruit & berries 😋

EGO TRIP (VOL. 3)
13.5% Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout w/ Coconut, Almonds, Vanilla, & Chocolate

We rested our most viscous stout base to date in a New Riff Distilling Bourbon barrel for over a year to achieve a profile that was mellow but also rich in spirit character. Afterwards, we conditioned the beer on Coconut, Almonds, Vanilla, & Chocolate to create a liquid that’s rich and decadent, perfect for a special occasion
