Although this is my last graduation party ( #6) for this year, it's also a special one. I have known this young man since he was a little boy in elementary school. He has a kind and caring heart, a smile on his face, and always asks my son who works at school "how is your mom?", so when his mom asked me to make something for his graduation party, it was an absolute Yes! Vanilla and chocolate cupcakes with red/white vanilla buttercream and mini cheesecakes (mom is doing a topping bar for these) will fix any sweet tooth. It's been an extra busy past few days, but graduation party #4 is in the books as well. I was so excited I got to make cupcakes for this baby shower. Mama to be has been a friend of Mallorie's thru school and beyond so that makes it even more special. I have had the honor of baking cakes and cupcakes for this little girl's birthday a few times now. Each year the cake she wants is something that's so adorable, and this year is no different.....it's a vanilla Zootopia themed cake complete with pink buttercream, fresh made mini donuts, and white chocolate carrots and the number 6....paired with vanilla, chocolate, scotcheroo and frosted animal cookie cupcakes.
