At Cass Concepts - As a part of Decatur's First Fridays series we are excited to kick off with this fun event!!! Join us on Friday, April 5th from 6-8 pm for a fun night downtown!

Unleash Your Inner Wizard: Create Your Own Harry Potter-Inspired Wand Candle class led by T Candles owner, McGee

With a little bit of imagination, you can craft your very own Sirius Black, Dumbledore, or Voldemort inspired wand. In this class, we'll provide you with a pre-made taper candle that you can transform into a magical candle wand. Our team will guide you through the entire process to ensure that you graduate from Hogwarts School of T candles with flying colors. Plus, all participants will receive a certificate of graduation. This is a 30-40 Min class and participates can come any time between the hours of 6-8pm.
Open to all ages. Please register for this class to allow us to have supplies availability.

$20 per person per wand! Pre-registration is highly recommended!

THIS FRIDAY - Gallery 510 Art & Framing, An Illinois Art Gallery
Beautifully rendered chalk pastel drawings will be presented in an exhibit by our April featured artist, Tracey Maras. Opening reception for this nationally acclaimed artist is Friday, April 5 with a 6:30pm artist talk. Light refreshments available. Free to the public.

Well, I just wanted to share that my best friend from second grade Mari Kenney came to help Rachel and I for two weeks and one day lol
I’m so not used to anyone caring for me, but I got used to it after a while bossing her around felt good lol

Seriously Mari thank you so much for just being here and doing all that you did to help our life be a little easier.

Right off the plane, we went to Springfield to the infectious disease doctor to share next steps with the diagnosis of histoplasmosis.

Mary did not stop, the dogs loved her, too, and Max had special walks with Mari caring around his harness so she can get the hint so cute.

We were without power for five days and she hates camping so this was Glamping… What a trooper …

I can’t thank you enough for the sacrifice of leaving your home and your babies to help us. I love you so much and I’m so grateful we have this 60 year friendship. 💝💝💝
