Here is a project that was recently completed. The new bath suite was transformed from a bedroom and a closet.

I am going to say that one of my summer highlights was this project. Our church has been associated with a mission in Kentucky for as many years as I have been alive. We had a guest speaker come to our church to speak about their mission field. This mission just so happens to be run by some of our family members. I have not been down there to help for many years. My daughter, son n law, and grand daughter, headed down a little earlier than our big group just to see what's going on down there. The top picture was what we found when we got there. The middle picture represents what we all accomplished. There was alot of other Work accomplished on Saturday from completing the plumbing under the crawl space, digging a 60 foot long sewer trench (using shovels and pry bars), painting, drywall,soffit and fascia... this will be a yearly event

4GND Construction inc. just completed a 10 bay camper/boat/anything you can fit in it storage building for a Local Client in the Monroe area, The deadline was Labor Day and so here it is. The construction of this facility is not your typical post in ground construction. Solid concrete footings, solid concrete slab turned down, 2x6 stud framing with OSB on walls and house wrap. Metal siding and roof. SOLID building, to store anything. Contact that storage building facility on the corner of State Road 124 and 27.

Wrapping up another building project.
I was not a fan of sprayfoam insulation in the past. I have been converted , not only does the insulation provide the R value aspect, but it adds to the structural integrity.
All that has to happen here is Electrical final trims and install the overhead doors.

Take a look at a project that we started on December 23, 2024 and completed ready for use January 24th. I have made comments on each picture to help with the explanation of what is occurring.

Here is another building project we are working on. Framing is complete waiting on metal to arrive this coming week. We will take more pictures and keep updating our posts with the winter progress.

Just completed a space that will be used for a laboratory of science experiments.
Custom wood cabinets that utilized glass in the upper doors, Acid resistant countertops with back splashes, painted walls and ceilings, electrical upgrades to facilitate the equipment in the Lab. New sink to clean the beakers and other equipment.
