Can we give it up for my beautiful sisters and brothers that made up the choir but were so much more than that? 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 They covered me, lifted me, gave 110% in preparation, learning lyrics, parts, all of it worship to Jesus. I cannot wait for you to hear their voices on every song of the new EP.
First song, My Whole Life, comes out 06.19.26.
Still overwhelmed with gratitude for what God did in this room.
Thankful for every voice lifted in worship. 🤍
My Whole Life will be out on all digital platforms 06.19.26

There is a whole lot going on around us these days. It simply can’t be ignored. But don’t let it hold your gaze. Behold the risen Lamb of God. Behold His beauty. Trust His reign.
Behold - to gaze upon with intention & awe

Worship leader friends! I want to hear from you! What has the Lord been reminding you of this past week as you’ve been spending time with Him?
I’ll go first.
As I’ve been reading the gospels this week a word keeps jumping out at me. IMMEDIATELY
Jesus commanded peace to the raging sea and immediately the waters obeyed His voice. He spoke healing and life over sick and death and immediately bodies were healed. He called His disciples and immediately they left everything to follow Him.
So, I’ve been asking myself questions this week. How often is my response to His goodness immediate obedience? How often is it not? And when I hesitate, what is it that I’m holding onto so tightly? My feelings? My comfort? My way?

That time back in 2017 (I think) when I made up a new word while praying after a worship set. 😅 And then couldn’t quite recover. 😂😂😂

Peace isn’t just a feeling. It’s a response to His faithfulness. ❤️

I can still hear my little 5-year old self sing “Hide it under a bushel? NO! I’m gonna let it shine!” Can I let you in on a little something? I always felt slightly guilty for singing that, as if I shouldn’t want my light to shine brightly for people to see. And then sometimes the light would simply burst and I’d try to stuff it back under the bushel. But Jesus and His heart for me. He said, “Let there be light!”
I turned 42 a few days ago and for years one of my favorite things is to see women younger than me, so in love with Jesus, their lights shining so bright, directing people to Him. And I’m cheering them on.
Women, I’m cheering YOU on.
And to all of you whose light have pointed me to Christ over the years, thank you!
“You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.”
