Repairing Santa’s landing strip before the holidays! Co-op roof replacement with Good Neighbors Remodeling!

Just got finished with a co-op electrical job with Superb Electric ATL! Despite the rain we finished on time and within budget. Outstanding!

Client had a loose exterior spigot with a worn out gasket. There was also a pipe that had been leaking for a long time with a poorly done solder patch done 100times over. I couldn’t solder a new section of pipe due to the pipe having a continuous drip. I had to use SB connections.

Small siding repair on a shed with a fresh coat of paint. The old trim was not replaced per the customer.

Current project replacing some rotted out soffit and fascia. These overlooked parts of your house allow for your house to breathe and heat to work its way out of your house’s attic. When you neglect them you’re inviting pests into your house. Like the wasp nest I found and had to perform an on the spot eviction! Take care of your home.

Just a quick prep work for tiling an entryway! You have to take special precautions when tiling on concrete. There is two types of concrete. Cracked concrete and concrete that’s going to crack. Protect yourself and your home.
