Good things happening in Decatur - and we're not just talking about our homes. 🌱 The city just launched curbside composting for all residents, and honestly, it says a lot about the kind of community Decatur is. It's exactly why we chose to build Highlands of Decatur here.

Decatur working with CompostNow to launch curbside program The city of Decatur is working with CompostNow to launch a curbside residential composting program. It will begin on April 21. The city’s program is subscription-based, costing $19 per month.

Big news for Chosewood Park! 🎉

The Atlanta Beltline is opening the final 1.2-mile stretch of the Southeast Trail on April 16, running from Boulevard to Glenwood Heights - right through our backyard. This connects us directly to Glenwood Park, Grant Park, Ormewood Park, and Boulevard Heights, and brings the Beltline to nearly 15 miles of completed trail.
