Reiki for me is a beautiful exchange of life-giving energy that does not judge, harm, or misinterpret. It is smart energy and always knows exactly where to go. After years of practice, I'm simply in awe of how healing this energy can be.

Hello all!

I hope you are all holding up and staying healthy during these unknown and challenging times. I have not been giving sessions due to social distancing, but practice everyday on myself, my partner, or through distance reiki. I hope to get back to giving sessions, as soon as it is safe to do so. More than ever our planet and its inhabitants need healing. I look forward to helping you on your journey.

I always start a reiki session at the feet. It's a great place to start because it offers grounding and balance for the person, who most likely has had a long day or is going through something that is causing them to feel disoriented and shaken. I like this simple diagram ( thanks ) because it shows how you can begin to really balance the person in the first few minutes, allowing the work to be even more beneficial throughout the treatment.
