We are excited to be getting started on the Vista at Fairfax Corner apartment complex. This project is 360,305 sqft and consists of 9 levels of load bearing CFS framing with structural steel.

Way to go team on closing the deals on two new projects!!
-1313L in Washington, DC is going to be a 10 story, 166,757 sqft apartment complex with 222 units. This project will include composite metal decking with concrete topping floor system and metal stud load bearing walls.
-1209-1227 W. University Avenue in Gainesville, FL is going to be a 10 story, 280,000 sqft student housing complex with 144 units.

The Hartness Hotel in Greenville, SC is really starting to take shape now. Way to go team!! Keep up the fantastic work!

We can't wait to get started on a new project with Lincoln Ventures near the University of Florida's campus. This new student housing facility will be 10 stories, 280,000 sqft with 151 units.

Our team is making progress on the Ascent in Florida! The hotel is 3 stories set on the 6th floor podium of a 35 story residential tower. This place is truly going to be one of a kind!
