There is an intriguing beauty about abandoned places

I am wanting to challenge my eye to more than just editing my wildlife photos so this week I wanted to focus more on architecture or landscapes... so in honor of that I worked on some pictures from one of my most favorite places I have ever traveled and one of the most beautiful views I've ever seen. Ecola State Park, Oregon.

Man what a couple of weeks life has been lately!! I haven't had the capacity to post as much as I want lately but this morning I felt like working on something pretty so in honor of that here are some lovely shades of pink 🩷

My Liege and I will be sitting on the balcony of our Airbnb by noon on Wednesday on the Texas Coast. Groups of Pelicans will flow past us all week, as they have always done since the coast was ruled by the Karankawa Indians...

A reminder that the Texas Gawdawful heat is only a season, coming soon to us!!! These were taken in 2025...

Leisha and I will be on Bolivar this week for 5 days. I can't stop ruminatin on all the possibilities of what the eyes will be feasting on.

The Lord has blessed me with a certain kind of seeing. We are very tight that way!!!
