Ribeye Tower plated private chef dinner with smoked trout crostini, Caesar salad and Snickers cheesecake — oh, and a fantastic view!

Congrats to the newlyweds! The bride's daughter, Sous Chef Jam, planned, led and perfectly executed the entire catering operation. It was a beautiful evening -- and really nice seeing friends who I have not seen in a while!
