Sinclair Community College Expands Aviation Maintenance Program to Meet Rising Industry Demand. We are stepping up to meet the surging need for aviation technicians right here in Dayton. With enrollment up 280%, our Aviation Maintenance Technology program is preparing local students for high-demand, high-wage careers. Our 98% FAA pass rate, hands-on training at Dayton International Airport, and strong industry partnerships are helping students succeed and supporting economic growth in our region.

This expansion is a win for our community, empowering students and strengthening Dayton’s leadership in the aviation industry.
