Health Tip from Five Rivers Health Centers!

This month, we want to focus on the importance of washing our hands. Teaching helpful handwashing tips can help individuals, and their communities, with staying healthy!

1. Wet your hands with clean running water (warm or cold) then apply soap
2. Lather hands by rubbing them together. Get the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails
3. Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds
4. Rinse hands under clean water to remove soap
