The uncertainty that often comes with a cancer diagnosis can add stress to an already challenging journey. Join Cynthia McDonald, PhD, for an encouraging discussion on strategies for living fully—even when you don't have all the answers.

Together, we'll explore how uncertainty affects us and learn practical tools for coping through interactive discussions, group exercises, and reflection.
