This simple, sustainable, life-changing program includes: 1-on-1 goal setting, full-body assessment, 3 small group full-body workouts, 2 personalized at-home workouts, weekly meal plans & recipes, mindful/reflective practices and coach-athlete weekly check-ins.

Hi! I’m Tamar 👋
Last year, I joined Thrive’s teen classes with a friend while recovering from a back injury. Through strength and weight training — and continued personal training with Bessie — I was able to rebuild my strength and confidence.
This past fall, I joined River City Rowing Club, and a few weeks ago, my boat placed 4th at the Southwest Championship… which means we’re headed to Nationals in Florida! 🚣♀️🎉
Getting to Nationals is an amazing opportunity, but it also comes with big expenses like flights, lodging, boat rentals, meals, and transportation. We’re raising funds to help make this experience possible for every athlete on the team.
