Polymer clay stories & explorations From September 2017, I finally got back into the handmade world.

I am mostly inspired by popular culture (comics, films, anime, games, music, etc)*, sci-fi and fantasy, but also the world in small and nature. Currently working on a series of bookshelf decorations and zeppelin sculptures, but also accepting custom orders and always up for trying something new 🙂

Ili kako sam se igrao Ivane Aranđelović 😉

Malo sam testirao ideje i provalio šta valja i ne valja, imam jednu sa muvama koju treba da počnem da bojim. A sad iskreno, Ivana ima super sveske koje su daleko ozbiljnije i zanimljivije, a koje su mi se motale po glavi kao inspiracija.

Teško je ovakve tekstove učiniti zanimljivim i dati im neki twist; naj biser mi je “Females often bite humans, especially at night” 🦟

Asamblaži su pravo mučenje. Prvo skupljam sve i svašta, pa onda isprobavam 10 opcija, pa mi sve nekako (opet) izgleda kao đubre, kažem sebi “ne ide”, pa u krug… I na kraju izvedem deo crteža koji je nastao u okviru jedne od radionica sa . Eto, prvi pravi asamblaž posle godinu i po dana. Ne znam ni kako se zove. Inspiracija je bila zamišljanje podzemlja BG na vodi. Dok su gline nekakva dosta isplanirana pozitivna pop kultura, asamblaži su mrak i spontanost.

Hvala koji me bodri da ne odustajem.

Jedan od likova za imaginarnu video igricu o Devedesetim. Za inicijalnu ideju je “kriv” sa svojom martovskom radionicom crtanja za kustose.

Sad kontam da je idealan soundtrack “Noćas se Beograd pali” (Grč).

Serbikoma

Part of the 90s in Serbia imaginary video game characters.

Serbikoma (title inspired by robots in Ghost in the Shell), aka the tower, is an armored, mobile, and dangerous urban predator. It’s equipped with an u*i and cctv camera to protect its spoils. It’s hard to predict it’s behavior, so better to hide until it leaves and avoid being caught in the crossfire. One can easily find its destructive traces in the surrounding. The flag has a variety of symbols which makes us wonder which master it serves? Communist star, royalist crown, a brand name or currency? It’s doesn’t really matter because, after all, it’s not interested in ideals nor principles…
