After 22 years working with Tandem, Jose has announced his retirement 🎉! Jose has been the Chaparral Maintenance Supervisor for two decades, and truly has been the heart and sole of our community🤍!

Jose we will miss you, and we appreciate all your hard work and dedication throughout the years💪! You have created such great connections with our residents, and will forever leave a great impact on Chaparral ❤️🏡!

With new beginnings, we would also like to introduce our new maintenance staff Mark and Jr🛠️! They are super excited to join the Chaparral Team, and combined they have around 30 years of experience working with Tandem! Make sure to say hi👋!
