Some photos from last month recording at Reservoir Studios in New York City, followed by Scott Petito's NRS Recording Studio in Catskill, NY.
With Will Bryant on keys, and horn players, Jay Collins on tenor and bari sax and arrangements, Chris Pasin on trumpet, and Ryan Perrone on trombone!
My old college friend, Joel Bloom, also showed up with a couple of violas and we wound up cutting some viola trio and viola duet parts for some of the songs and recording some vocal parts.
Liz Bligan (who sang on the Step Up and Cerulean Sky albums) drove into the region from Philly to add some harmonies, and my friend Tommy Dunn came in from Blauvelt, NY to help record some backing vocals too.
We also had Liz, Beth Chapin Reineke and Leslie Ritter singing together in various combinations as backing vocals.

Exciting update! This'll be a concert where I play the newest material I’ve been working on for my new album for the first time, before traveling to the East Coast to begin recording my latest record.
