When the air is too smoky to go on our walk…the Art Scouts get creative.

Last group of 2021 Summer Art Scouts painters. There are 86 sunflowers on the walls. Countin’ flowers on the wall. I hope to keep going next summer.

Week nine of ten! The Art Scouts have been creating a hidden gem on a wall behind The Artery.

The Sunflower/Art Scouts/The Artery mural has gotten a bit bigger.

Sunflowers grow right out of the dirt. These sunflowers are getting crowded! When I can catch a breath, I will have to expand this “canvas”….I’ve been too distracted to accomplish that goal.

This summer the Art Scouts will be painting a mural on the cement wall behind The Artery. Each Monday for the next 10 weeks a new group of Art Scouts will each add a sunflower. We are off to a great start don’t you think? @ The Artery of Davis
